Return and Exchange Policy


We sincerely hope that you are delighted with your recent purchase from Pele Jewellery.

Pele Jewellery extends a 7 day exchange/credit note for change-of-mind on purchases, strictly no refund. The Australian Consumer Law does not require businesses to offer change-of-mind exchange but we want to extend this generous offer to Pele customers.

Health and Hygiene laws restrict the return of earrings and, therefore, are considered final sale unless deemed faulty by our team.

If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we are more than willing to provide you with the option of exchange or store credit, provided that the following conditions are met:

✨ Archive Sale and Final Sale items can not be returned and are deemed final sale.

✨ The majority of our rings, being made to order, do not qualify for a refund. Nevertheless, we accommodate returns for store credit or a complimentary size change.

✨ In accordance with health and hygiene laws, earrings are non-returnable. Additionally, Gift Cards are non-refundable.

✨ Returned items should remain unworn, unused, and in their original condition, inclusive of all packaging.

✨ Original shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. The onus of covering the charges for returned items falls on the customer. For change-of-mind returns, the shipping costs associated with the initial order will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is considered faulty.

Prior to dispatch, all Pele items undergo a thorough quality check in our studio. In the rare event of a purchased item being deemed faulty or damaged during shipping, the Pele team will rectify the issue by repairing the product to the intended standard, exchanging the item, or offering a store credit, adhering to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. Store credits remain valid for three months from the date of issuance.

If your online purchase doesn’t fit, reach out to us at or within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll sort out an exchange.


How do I submit a return?

Send us an email to or within 3 days of delivery.

Once you receive a confirmation email, you may proceed with posting your return, please ensure that it arrives within 7 days of delivery for Australian orders and 14 days for overseas orders.

To ensure the utmost security of your return or exchange, we kindly request that you send the item back to us via Australia Post Registered Mail.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, or theft that may occur during the transportation process.

We advise you to retain your postage receipt for tracking purposes until the processing of your return is finalised.



Processing time of your return?

We try process returns daily but please allow up to 5-7 business days for processing. You will receive an email notification once your return is processed.

Once returns are approved you will then receive a store credit (in the form of a gift card with a coupon code) for the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs), or an exchange of product.
